- Ray Pern Added January 26, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆So Very disappointed!!! Ordered meal at 10.34 and never got it delivered until 11.08..... got coffee way too early, was cold before we got our meal.... Asked if they had thin ordinary bread when ordering one meal... was told Yes, but when received order the bread was thick, and toasted, never wanted toasted..... Obviously the staff who took the order never listened...........
bacon and eggs were cold, I think they were reheated in the microwave as bacon was extremely dry......
On the receipt was charged $1.40 on top of the $8.00 we paid for our cappuccinos.....for what I can only imagine was the plastic cups....
And then charged $4.85 for 15% public holiday loading. At no time was I told, or was there appropriate notification that it would be charged......
I will never ever use Coffee Clubs again..... wanted to treat my Elderly Mother to a nice brunch, BUT it was such a disappointing experience. Even my Mum commented and she rarely complains.
